Despite its size, Varden feels both spacious and airy. The angled front extension provides plenty of natural light and lets nature in to the sofa corner, dining table and kitchen counter.
All floors except entrance hall, sauna, bathroom and external storage room are supplied with 25 mm pine flooring, insulated and plastered. This is supplied foil wrapped with the correct drying percentage.
All interior walls are insulated with 7 cm insulation. As cladding is delivered for tradition; untreated timber panel in living room (24 mm) and untreated pine shadow panel (14 mm) in the rest of the cabin. For trend, untreated pine shadow panel is delivered throughout the cabin.
All ceilings on the first floor are delivered with 14 mm pine shadow panels, plastered and insulated in joists. The floor divider between the 1st floor and the loft is delivered with 48×198 and 200 mm insulation. In the sauna, spruce paneling is delivered.
The building kit includes stairs with handrails, both along the steps and along the opening in the loft.
All interior doors are supplied in untreated solid pine and knobs in black finish. Entrance doors are fully insulated with window. Terrace door from Lillerønning with parapet adapted to living room windows and lock on the inside. Insulated living room door comes with panel and door knob similar to exterior door. Painted exterior doors are supplied as standard at no extra cost.
All bathrooms are supplied as standard with double wall cladding consisting of rupanel on the inside and plaster on the outside. This solution ensures good fixing options on all the walls of the bathroom.
Supplied with spruce panels for wall and ceiling cladding. Wooden slats are laid directly on the concrete floor. Materials for benches and moldings are also included.
An external insulated storage room is available as an option for all models. Supplied as standard on some promoted models.
The loft comes with insulation, paneling, flooring, partitions, stairs and doors. The loft has a ceiling height of 1.89 m. External and internal framework is delivered pre-cut. The roof trusses are dimensioned for a heavy roof (turf) and 650 kg snow load per square meter.
We can supply a chimney and stove as an option.
Black steel gutters are supplied with the necessary hangers and downspouts.
Supplied with handrails in the cabin design. The terrace floor is delivered with 28 x 120 mm pressure-impregnated floorboards.
Supplied as standard with black, sloping type, Isola roof shingles and black front board fittings. If you want a turf roof, this is delivered with a membrane at an additional cost.
All exterior walls are supplied with 200 mm Rockwool insulation, sheathing, ventilation and panels in the cabin's finish pre-cut.
Small-paned insulating glass windows with a U-value of 1.2. The windows are vacuum impregnated. Painted windows are supplied as standard at no extra cost.
