Mjuken is a charming single-storey cottage with a good and sensible floor plan and an attractive price level. The living room and kitchen have a high ceiling that creates an open and airy common area. With its three bedrooms, there is plenty of space for both family and friends.
* The price is based on the most affordable land alternative in the Utsikten cabin field. The prices in the prospectus are based on the Statistics Norway index for October 2025. The cabin delivery will be index-adjusted until construction begins on site.
All floors except entrance hall, sauna, bathroom and external storage room are supplied with 25 mm pine flooring, insulated and plastered. This is supplied foil wrapped with the correct drying percentage.
All interior walls are insulated with 7 cm insulation. As cladding is delivered for tradition; untreated timber panel in living room (24 mm) and untreated pine shadow panel (14 mm) in the rest of the cabin. For trend, untreated pine shadow panel is delivered throughout the cabin.
