Building on steep terrain allows for both views and good use of the plot's area. The solution is a lower floor, which simply transforms a hill into much better space inside. Also on the lower floor we have large window surfaces, for those of us who like to get a lot of natural light and nature into the cabin.
With the distinctive look of Leve Hytter's Vy models, you get a modern cabin that has been inspired by the old building practices of Gudbrandsdalen in the 19th century.
CARPENTERS
Exterior cladding is rough, standing panel. Natural turf on roof. 2 layer energy windows. Windows, exterior doors and interior doors are painted. Balcony and terrace have 28 mm impregnated slatted flooring.
INTERIOR SURFACES
All rooms have 14 mm stained pine paneling on walls and ceiling. Bathroom / toilet has tiles on the walls in the shower niche. Bathroom / toilet, hallway and storage room have tiles on the floor. Kitchen/dining room/living room and bedroom have 25 mm hard wax treated pigmented pine floor.
Loft is furnished with floors, walls, ceilings, partitions, interior doors and electrical installation of the same standard as the rest of the cabin, as well as stairs.
Underfloor heating in bathroom/toilet, hallway and storage room. Fixed lamps (outside and inside), sockets, panel heaters. If desired, we can deliver the cabin electrically ready. Please contact one of our cabin consultants for more information.
All sanitary equipment included. Kitchen and bathroom fittings are included.
