Despite its compact size, Frøya 75 has everything you could want from a modern cabin. With its well-functioning floor plan and high ceilings in the living room that give an airy feeling of space, Frøya 75 is great value for money.

The floor in the cabin can be supplied surface-treated in our selected colours. With the colour treatment, the pine floor is also supplied brushed to give a more durable surface.
Stairs can be supplied painted white or charcoal grey with steps in approximately the same colour as the floor. The railing in the stairs is supplied with steel balusters, alternatively white painted or charcoal grey wooden balusters.
The cabin has one bathroom with toilet, shower corner and washbasin. In addition, there is also a technical room with a washing machine. Both bathrooms are delivered turnkey with 30 x 60 cm floor tiles, baseboard tiles and heating cables. The shower area has a sunken floor with mosaic tiles, while the walls have 30 x 60 cm tiles. The other walls and ceiling have untreated pine panels, and LED downlights with dimmers are recessed in the ceiling. The technical room is delivered with 30x30 tiles on the floor.
The bathrooms are equipped with Porsgrund Pro wall-hung toilet and 60 cm porcelain washbasin on soft-close drawers. The fronts are white and above the washbasin there is a mirror with a light strip. The shower enclosure is 90 x 90 cm, type Victoria in tempered glass, and the mixer for both shower and washbasin is from Oras.
In all our models, we can make adjustments to the floor plan to deliver a sauna if desired. It is then delivered with spruce panels for walls and ceilings and wooden grates that are laid directly on the concrete floor. Materials for benches are also included.
When you come up, there is a loft with a gallery facing the living room and the beautiful ridge windows. The railing has glass framed in untreated panel, so that the light and view are optimal. The loft is a welcome extra room for play and relaxation. The loft has the same type of surfaces as the first floor, plus LED downlights with dimmers, in the color matte white.
The area of the loft is not a measurable area, but the Directorate for Building Quality case 16/8082 dated 13.01.2017 has assumed that the area can be used.
